Who we are

Source Cloud is a sourcing platform for vintage and resale businesses. It helps businesses search resale marketplaces in one place. Questions about this policy: hello@sourcecloud.ai.

What we collect

Account details you give us: your name, work email, business name and role.

Data you choose to connect: for example your store's product and sales records (Shopify, Square), your store's own Instagram posts, marketplace order confirmations you forward to us, or files you upload. We only access these after you connect them, and you can disconnect at any time.

Usage data: pages viewed, searches and clicks in our product, used to improve it.

Marketplace data

We show public listing information (titles, prices, photos and links) from marketplaces through their official APIs, and always link back to the original listing. We do not sell marketplace data, and we do not store marketplace account passwords.

When a marketplace notifies us that a user has deleted their account, we delete any personal data we hold that relates to that user.

How we use data

To run the service: building your taste profile, ranking listings, sending the alerts you set up and estimating landed costs.

To communicate with you about your account and, if you opted in, product updates.

We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers

We use trusted providers to run the service, such as hosting, database, email delivery, analytics and AI processing. They process data only on our instructions.

Your choices

You can access, correct, export or delete your data, or disconnect any integration, by emailing hello@sourcecloud.ai. We respond within 30 days.

Retention and security

We keep data only as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law, and protect it with industry-standard security measures.
